Elliott Abrams is a senior fellow for Middle Eastern studies at the Council on Foreign Relations in Washington, D.C. He served as deputy assistant to the president and deputy national security adviser in the administration of President George W. Bush, where he supervised U.S. policy in the Middle East for the White House. Mr. Abrams joined the Bush administration in June 2001 as special assistant to the president and senior director of the National Security Council (NSC) for democracy, human rights, and international organizations. From December 2002 to February 2005, he served as special assistant to the president and senior director of the National Security Council for Near East and North African affairs. He served as deputy assistant to the president and deputy national security adviser for global democracy strategy from February 2005 to January 2009, and in that capacity supervised both the Near East and North African affairs, and the democracy, human rights, and international organizations directorates of the NSC. Mr. Abrams was president of the Ethics and Public Policy Center in Washington, D.C., from 1996 until joining the White House staff. He was a member of the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom from 1999 to 2001, and chairman of the commission in the latter year. Mr. Abrams is currently a member of the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Council, which directs the activities of the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum.

 

Gary Bauer is the President of American Values.   Bauer is a leading Christian advocate for a strong and secure Israel.  Since the atrocities of September 11th, Bauer has devoted considerable time and energy to strengthening the shared values of the Israeli/American alliance. Bauer served in President Ronald Reagan's administration for eight years, as Under Secretary of Education and as President Reagan's Chief Domestic Policy Advisor.  While serving at the Education Department, Bauer was named Chairman of President Reagan's Special Working Group on the Family.  His report, "The Family: Preserving America's Future," was presented to the President in December 1986. Completing his service in the Reagan White House in late 1988, Gary Bauer became President of the Family Research Council and a Senior Vice President of Focus on the Family.    



Congresswoman Shelley Berkley has called Las Vegas home for more than four decades and was first elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 1998. Shelley proudly represents Nevada's First Congressional District, which includes Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and neighborhoods across Clark County. Now in her sixth term, she serves as a member of the Ways and Means Committee and the Foreign Affairs Committee.



Rev. Billye Brim is CUFI’s Region Five Director and CEO of Billye Brim’s Ministry. Her life has been blessed and enriched by close association with people wholly given to God, particularly in prayer, who were a part of the move of the Holy Spirit in the twentieth century. After a twenty-year “knowing” that she is to work with and help people of prayer, she found direction in the developing of Prayer Mountain in the Ozarks—a 200+ acre-site near Branson, Missouri (including log cabins nestled in the woods for people to stay for times of individual prayer). In 1986, after her husband, Kent, moved to Heaven, she went to Israel to study Hebrew .  In 2000, the ministry purchased property in Migdal, Israel (the home of Mary Magdalene). The purpose: a Hebrew Study Center with Jews and Christians working together.  Billye Brim’s ministry has traversed the globe through thousands of audio and video teaching materials. She is the author of two books: The Blood and the Glory and The Road to Prayer Mountain.

 

David Brog is the Executive Director of Christians United for Israel. He worked in the United States Senate for seven years, rising to be chief of staff to a senior United States senator and staff director of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Prior to his time on Capitol Hill, Brog served as an executive at America Online and practiced corporate law in Tel Aviv, Israel and Philadelphia, PA. Brog is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Law Schoo

 

Matthew Brooks serves as Executive Director of both the Republican Jewish Coalition, an organization dedicated to enhancing ties between the Jewish community and the Republican Party, and the Jewish Policy Center, a think-tank that examines public policy from a Jewish perspective. Matt began his political career as State Chairman of the Massachusetts College Republicans while still an undergraduate at Brandeis University in Waltham, MA. Matt managed the Jack Kemp for President campaign in Massachusetts, as well as directed projects in New Hampshire and New England. Matt became the Political Director of the Republican Jewish Coalition in 1988. Taking a leave of absence from the RJC, Matt served as the National Field Director for Victory ‘88 Jewish Campaign Committee, designing and implementing campaign strategy on behalf of the Bush-Quayle ‘88 campaign. Matt was appointed Executive Director of the RJC in 1990. 


Bishop Keith A Butler is the founder and pastor of Word of Faith International Christian Center in Southfield, MI. With the support of his lovely wife, Pastor Deborah L. Butler, and their children: Pastor Keith A. Butler II and his wife Minister Tiffany Butler, Pastor MiChelle Butler, and Minister Kristina Butler, Bishop Butler continues to plant churches worldwide. He ministers extensively in churches, conferences and seminars throughout the U.S. and abroad with an emphasis on instruction, line-upon-line teaching and no-nonsense, practical application of God’s Word. His television outreach, “The Word of Faith,” is seen each week on stations around the world.

 

Pastor Happy Caldwell is the founder and Pastor of Agape Church in Little Rock, Arkansas. He is also the founder and president of VTN (Victory Television Network). Pastor Caldwell travels worldwide preaching the Word of God with a simplicity that brings a revelation of the character of God to those who hear. He is also a successful author, and together with his wife, Jeanne, has recorded several Gospel music albums. Pastor Caldwell has an honorary Doctor of Divinity degree from Oral Roberts University and is a recipient of the Peter J. Daniel's Achievement Award.

  

Congressman Eric Cantor is a fifth-term congressman representing the Seventh District of Virginia. In December 2008, Eric was elected to serve as the Republican Whip. Eric also holds a seat on the powerful House Ways and Means Committee, which has direct jurisdiction over taxes, trade, Social Security, Medicare, prescription drugs for seniors, health care and welfare reform. He serves as Chairman of the Congressional Task Force on Terrorism and Unconventional Warfare. The task force is composed of Members of Congress who study the threat of international terrorism on the United States and develop policy proposals and legislative recommendations regarding the fight against terrorism.

 

Charlie Daniels is a singer, guitarist, and fiddler, who began writing and performing in the 1950s. In 1964, Daniels co-wrote "It Hurts Me" (a song which Elvis Presley recorded) with Joy Byers. He worked as a Nashville session musician, often for producer Bob Johnston, including playing Electric bass on three Bob Dylan albums during 1969 and 1970, and recordings by Leonard Cohen.  Daniels won the Grammy Award for Best Country Vocal Performance in 1979 for "The Devil Went Down to Georgia", which reached #3 on the charts. The following year, "Devil" became a major crossover success on rock radio stations, after its inclusion on the soundtrack for the hit movie Urban Cowboy. He appeared in the movie. Subsequent Daniels pop hits included "In America" (#11 in 1980), "The Legend of Wooley Swamp" (#31 in 1980), and "Still in Saigon" (#22 in 1982). I Daniels released several Gospeland Christian records. In 1999, he co-wrote the song "All Night Long" with Montgomery Gentry, which was a commercial success. In 2005, he has made a cameo appearance along with Larry the Cable Guy, Kid Rock, and Hank Williams, Jr. in Gretchen Wilson's music video for the song "All Jacked Up". In 2006, he appeared withLittle Richard, Bootsy Collins, and other musicians as the backup band for Williams' opening sequence to Monday Night Football. In November 2007, Daniels was invited by Martina McBride to become a member of the Grand Ole Opry. Daniels now resides in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, where the city has named a park after him



Mark Dubowitz is the Executive Director of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies and the Director of the Iran Energy Project.Mark has briefed the U.S. military, U.S., European and Canadian government officials, members of Congress, and counterterrorism officials on a range of national security and terrorism-related issues.Mark previously worked in the venture capital industry focused on fundraising for early-stage technology companies. He also worked in software management as Director of International Business Development at Doubleclick (purchased by Google) and as Director of Corporate Development and General Manager, European & Asian Operations, at FloNetwork (purchased by Doubleclick). Mark has lived in the Middle East, Europe, and Africa and speaks three languages. He graduated with honors with a masters in International Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University's Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Washington, D.C. Mark also has JD and MBA degrees from the University of Toronto and has studied at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Ecole Supèrieure de Commerce de Paris and McGill University.

 

Rev. Jonathan P. Falwell is the Senior Pastor of Thomas Road Baptist Church in Lynchburg, Virginia.  He served at TRBC under the leadership of his father and Founding Pastor, Dr. Jerry Falwell, from 1995 until his father’s death in May 2007.  He was called to be the Senior Pastor on June 3, 2007 by a unanimous vote of the church congregation. Rev. Falwell serves as the Executive Vice President of Spiritual Affairs at Liberty University.   He also oversees the School of Religion and Liberty Theological Seminary programs to ensure their adherence to the overall mission of the University.  Another important aspect of Rev. Falwell’s role at Liberty is working with all Schools within the University in long-term planning.  Before Rev. Falwell joined the staff at TRBC, he was involved in numerous business ventures including, in 1990, starting one of Virginia’s largest video and film production companies that still thrives today.  He is  an accomplished photographer whose photographs have appeared in Time Magazine, NewsWeek, US News & World Report, the Washington Post and other national and international magazines.  Rev. Falwell serves on the boards of several organizations including the Board of Trustees for Liberty University in Lynchburg.

 

Frank Gaffney is the Founder and President of the Center for Security Policy in Washington, D.C. Mr. Gaffney contributes actively to the security policy debate in his capacity as a weekly columnist for the Washington Times and JewishWorldReview.com and he appears often on national and international television and radio news programs.  In April 1987, Mr. Gaffney was nominated by President Reagan to become the Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Policy, the senior position in the Defense Department with responsibility for policies involving nuclear forces, arms control and U.S.-European defense relations. He acted in that capacity for seven months during which time, he was the Chairman of the prestigious High Level Group, NATO's senior politico-military committee. He also represented the Secretary of Defense in key U.S.-Soviet negotiations and ministerial meetings.  From August 1983 until November 1987, Mr. Gaffney was the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear Forces and Arms Control Policy under Assistant Secretary Richard Perle. From February 1981 to August 1983, Mr. Gaffney was a Professional Staff Member on the Senate Armed Services Committee, chaired by Senator John Tower (R-Texas). In the latter 1970's, Mr. Gaffney served as an aide to the late Senator Henry M. "Scoop" Jackson (D-Washington) in the areas of defense and foreign policy.

 

George Gilder is the Editor in Chief of Gilder Technology Report, is Chairman of Gilder Publishing LLC, located in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. He is also a Senior Fellow at Discovery Institute where he directs Discovery's program on high technology and public policy.  Mr. Gilder pioneered the formulation of supply-side economics when he served as Chairman of the Lehrman Institute's Economic Roundtable, as Program Director for the Manhattan Institute, and as a frequent contributor to A.B. Laffer's economic reports and the editorial page of The Wall Street Journal,. In the 1980s he also consulted leaders of America's high technology businesses. According to a study of presidential speeches, Mr. Gilder was President Reagan's most frequently quoted living author. In 1986, President Reagan gave George Gilder the White House Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence. His latest work, The Israel Test, relates his work on capitalism to the safety and prosperity of Israel, what Gilder calls "the central issue in international politics" in our time. What critics have hailed as a "unique contribution" to the debate, Gilder argues that hostility toward Israel arises primarily from hostility toward capitalist creativity. How we react to that creativity -- by resenting it or admiring and emulating it -- will impact the future of Israel, the United States, and the world.

Pastor Matthew Hagee is the sixth generation to carry the mantel of Gospel ministry in the Hagee family. He began preaching at 17 years of age and is a graduate of Oral Roberts University.  He serves as the Executive Pastor of the 20,000 member Cornerstone Church in San Antonio, Texas where he partners with his father, founder Pastor John Hagee to minister to the needs of the church body. On October 4, 2003, Matthew married Kendal Elizabeth Young together they minister to equip the church of tomorrow how to live the victorious life of the believer.  They have been blessed with two children, Hannah Rose Hagee born April 16, 2005 and John William Hagee born January 31, 2007.

 

Pastor Mac Hammond is senior pastor of Living Word Christian Center, a large and growing body of Christian believers in Brooklyn Park (a suburb of Minneapolis), Minnesota. He is the host of the Winner’s Way broadcast and author of several internationally distributed books. Mac is broadly acclaimed for his ability to apply the principles of the Bible to practical situations and the challenges of daily living

 

Lynne Hammond is CUFI's Daughters for Zion Director.  She travels internationally as a teacher and author on the subject of prayer. She regularly writes articles in Winner's Way magazine and publishes a newsletter called PrayerNotes for people of prayer. Her books include Whispers From the Secret Place, Heaven’s Power for the Harvest, Staying Faith, When It's Time for a Miracle, Living in God's Presence, Dare to Be Free, and The Master Is Calling workbook. In addition, Lynne's other books, The Master Is Calling, Renewed in His Presence, Secrets to Powerful Prayer, and When Healing Doesn’t Come Easily, have been translated into several different languages. Lynne’s husband, Mac is the pastor of Living Word Christian Center and CUFI Region 8 Director.

 

Malcolm Hoenlein is the Executive Vice Chairman of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations, the coordinating body on international Jewish concerns for 50 national Jewish organizations.  Previously, he served as the founding Executive Director of the Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater New York, the central coordinating agency for Jewish organizations in the metropolitan New York area.  Prior to that, he was the founding Executive Director of the Greater New York Conference on Soviet Jewry. Mr. Hoenlein has traveled throughout the world meeting with world leaders and Jewish communities.  He has written and lectured across the US and abroad on international relations, Israel and Middle East affairs, Soviet and World Jewry, terrorism, the American Jewish community, and intergroup relations.  Mr. Hoenlein serves as an advisor to many public officials and is frequently consulted on public policy issues.  He appears regularly in the media. Mr. Hoenlein meets regularly with world leaders and has visited with them across the globe.

 

Senator Mike Johanns was sworn in as U.S. Senator for Nebraska on January 6, 2009. He won the support of an overwhelming majority of Nebraskans by demonstrating principled leadership throughout 25 years of public service.  Johanns became the 28th Secretary of the U.S. Department of Agriculture in January 2005. For nearly three years he worked to expand foreign market access for U.S. producers, promoted the growth of the renewable fuels industry and advanced cooperative conservation. Additionally, Johanns developed an in-depth farm bill proposal, which became the foundation for improvements and reforms adopted in the final 2008 farm bill.  Senator Johanns serves on five committees: Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry; Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs; Commerce and Transportation; Veterans' Affairs; and Indian Affairs. He is the Ranking Member on the Agriculture Committee's Domestic and Foreign Marketing, Inspection, and Plant & Animal Health Subcommittee.  Johanns served as Nebraska's 38th governor from 1999 to 2005. As governor, he promoted an agenda of tax relief, less government, building the economy, protecting families, and ensuring the health, safety, and success of Nebraska's children. He grew up on a farm where he learned a work ethic that has been put to use serving the people of Nebraska and this country. The values he developed while growing up in the Midwest serve as the foundation for his commitment to public service. Johanns is a graduate of St. Mary's University of Minnesota. He earned a law degree from Creighton University in Omaha and practiced law in O'Neill and Lincoln, Nebraska. Johanns served on the Lancaster County Board from 1983 to 1987, and on the Lincoln City Council from 1989 to 1991. He was elected mayor of Lincoln in 1991and was reelected in 1995 without opposition. He successfully ran for governor in 1998 and was reelected in 2002. Johanns is married to Stephanie Johanns, former Lancaster County Commissioner and Nebraska State Senator. The couple has two children and five grandchildren.

 

Jonathan Kessler has devoted his professional life to strengthening the U.S.-Israel relationship. He currently serves as AIPAC’s Leadership Development Director, responsible for the strategic development and oversight of AIPAC’s highly acclaimed campus efforts and their positioning within the larger pro-Israel political movement. In addition, Jonathan serves as a member of AIPAC's Senior Staff and directs AIPAC’s Schusterman Advocacy Institute and Washington Professional Forum.  Previously at AIPAC from 1980 –1987, Jonathan returned to AIPAC in 2002 after a 15 year hiatus.  While away from AIPAC, Jonathan served as Executive Editor of Middle East Insight magazine, and President of Kessler Associates, Inc., a Washington-based political consulting firm specializing in Middle East public diplomacy. Jonathan has appeared as a Middle East analyst for Fox T.V. News, MSNBC, C-SPAN, CNN, and Voice of America, and has spoken before audiences throughout the United States, Canada, England and Australia.

 

Dr. Matthew Levitt is a senior fellow at The Washington Institute for Near East Policy, where he directs the Institute's Stein Program on Terrorism, Intelligence and Policy.   He is a professorial lecturer at Johns Hopkins University's School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), an adjunct fellow at the Combating Terrorism Center at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and a member of the international advisory boards of the Institute for Counter-terrorism (ICT) in Israel and the International Centre for Political Violence & Terrorism Research (ICPVTR) in Singapore. Prior to joining The Washington Institute, Levitt served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis at the U.S. Department of the Treasury.  In that capacity, he served both as a senior Treasury Department official and as the deputy chief of Treasury's Office of Intelligence and Analysis (OIA), one of the 16 U.S. intelligence agencies coordinated under the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI).  Levitt has also served as an FBI analyst providing tactical and strategic analytical support to counterterrorism operations.   He also served with the State Department as a counterterrorism advisor to General James L. Jones in his capacity as Special Envoy for Middle East Regional Security (SEMERS) in 2008-2009. 

 


Jennifer Laszlo Mizrahi is the founder and president of The Israel Project (TIP), an international non-profit organization devoted to educating the press and the public about Israel while promoting security, freedom and peace. TIP has offices in Washington and Jerusalem. Mizrahi meets regularly with top Israeli leaders such as Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, President Shimon Peres, Ambassador Sallai Meridor, author Natan Sharansky and many others.  Mizrahi previously served as a foreign affairs legislative assistant to the U.S. Congress. She studied at Hebrew University in Jerusalem and has degrees in International Relations and Judaic Studies from Emory University. Her work earned her recognition as a "Point of Light" by President H. W. Bush. Prior to starting The Israel Project, Mizrahi was the founder and president of Laszlo & Associates, Inc., a strategic communications and public policy company. 



Michael Little is a member of the Board of Directors and serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of The Christian Broadcasting Network, Inc. (CBN). He is the Board Chairman of The Christian Broadcasting Associates (CBA) in Canada and the Vice Chairman of Operation Blessing International.  A 33-year veteran of CBN, Michael has worked in over 85 countries overseeing our TV production and global distribution. His previous responsibilities for CBN have included service as Group Vice President for CBN International, Vice President of CBN Programming, Executive Producer of The 700 Club, President of Middle East Television, and News Director for WYAH-TV. Before coming to CBN, Michael served as a U.S. Army officer in Germany.



Clifford May is the President of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, a policy institute focusing on terrorism created immediately following the 9/11 attacks on the United States.  Mr. May has had a long and distinguished career in international relations, journalism, communications and politics. A veteran news reporter, foreign correspondent and editor (at The New York Times and other publications), he has covered stories in more than two dozen countries. He is a frequent guest on national and international television and radio news programs, providing analysis and participating in debates on national security issues. He writes a weekly column that is nationally distributed by Scripps Howard News Service and he is a regular contributor for National Review Online, The American Spectator and other publications. In 2006 he was appointed to the Baker-Hamilton Iraq Study Group of the United States Institute of Peace, an independent nonpartisan national institution established and funded by Congress. He also received a two-year appointment to the bipartisan Advisory Committee on Democracy Promotion, reporting to Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. From 1997 to 2001, he served as the Director of Communications for the Republican National Committee. In that role, he was the Republican Party's staff spokesman, and appeared frequently on national television and radio programs.

 

Jonathan Medved is a serial entrepreneur and according to the Washington Post (Dec 5, 2007) “one of Israel’s leading high tech venture capitalists”.  In the recent September, 2008 NY Times Supplement “Israel at 60” Medved was named one of the top 10 most influential Americans who have impacted Israel. Medved is the co-founder and CEO of Vringo-the leader in video ringtone sharing and next generation mobile personalization.  Before founding Vringo, Medved was the founder and General Partner of Israel Seed Partners, one of Israel's leading venture capital funds. Started by Medved in 1995 in his garage; he co-managed the fund until January 2006. Israel Seed has $262M under management in four funds and has been an investor in 60 leading Israeli companies. Jeff Mendelsohn serves as AIPAC’s National Outreach Director.  He works at AIPAC’s national headquarters in Washington, DC where he leads AIPAC’s initiative to promote pro-Israel activism among leading members of the Hispanic, African-American, and pro-Israel Christian communities in congressional districts and states across the nation.  Jeff brings to AIPAC a long history of public service, political activism, and community outreach.  An honors graduate of both Harvard College and Harvard Law School, Jeff took time from his studies to be a pro-Israel activist on campus.  He began his legal career as a clerk to a federal judge in the Southern District of New York and went on to work as a corporate litigator at Arnold & Porter in New York City for 3 years.  Pursuing his passion for public service, Jeff spent the next 12 years in the United States House of Representatives as the chief of staff to two Texas congressmen, Frank Tejeda and Ciro D. Rodriguez. 

Cheryl Morrison is the director of Women’s Ministries and Israel Outreach at Faith Bible Chapel, a 4,000 member non-denominational church in Arvada, Colorado.  She is the director of The International Singers and Dancers, a performing group from FBC that travels annually to Israel to show support and unconditional love to the nation of Israel and the Jewish People. Cheryl has been to Israel over 40 times.  She taught a course on Judeo-Christian Perspectives at Rocky Mountain Bible Institute, and teaches Israel related courses at Faith Bible Chapel’s lay college, Faith Bible Institute.

 

George Morrison is the senior pastor of Faith Bible Chapel, a 4500 member, non-denominational church in Arvada; a city located northwest of Denver, Colorado. Together with his wife Cheryl, Pastor Morrison is a leader in the Denver-metro area for supporting Jewish people and the nation of Israel. Together they support and lead numerous interfaith Pro-Israel rallies as well as host an annual Israel Awareness Day – an educational, inspirational, and motivational series of performances, programs, and music designed to bring community awareness to Israel related issues.

 

Ambassador Michael Oren is the State of Israel’s ambassador to the United States.  A graduate of Princeton and Columbia, Dr. Oren has received fellowships from the U.S. Departments of State and Defense, and from the British and Canadian governments. Formerly, he was the Lady Davis Fellow of Hebrew University, a Moshe Dayan Fellow at Tel-Aviv University, and the Distinguished Fellow at the Shalem Center in Jerusalem. He has been a visiting professor at Harvard, Yale, and Georgetown.

 

Congressman Mike Pence was first elected to Congress in 2000 and was most recently elected to a fifth term in November of 2008. He also was elected unanimously by House Republicans to serve as House Republican Conference Chairman in November 2008.  As part of his duties in Congress, Congressman Pence has served on the House Foreign Affairs Committee since 2003. He has previously served on the Judiciary, Agriculture and Small Business committees, and as Ranking Member on the Select Committee to Investigate the Voting Irregularities of August 2, 2007. Congressman Pence is a voice for American security and sovereignty on the Foreign Affairs Committee, advocating for strong alliances with our allies, and firm resolve against our adversaries. He has condemned the nuclear ambitions of Iran and North Korea, the human rights abuses of Venezuela and China, and unwarranted aggression against our ally Israel. A strong supporter of Israel, Congressman Pence has visited Israel in 2004 and 2008, and has authored amendments to protect Israel's right to build a security fence in disputed territories as well as to cut off American funding of organizations supporting Palestinian terrorist organizations.  As Co-Chair of the Congressional Task Force Against Anti-Semitism, he works to condemn all forms of anti-Semitism around the world. He served as Ranking Member on the Subcommittee on Middle East and South Asia during the 110th Congress. Following the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, Congressman Pence was appointed to the Judiciary Committee. He is also a Jewish theologian who regularly speaks at both Christian and Jewish institutions and who has recorded over 300 CDs of biblical commentary; and he is an orchestra conductor who has introduced thousands of people to classical music. Called by Toastmasters “One of America’s five best speakers,” Dennis Prager is one of America’s most respected thinkers. Prager was appointed by President Ronald Reagan to the U.S. Delegation to the Vienna Review Conference on the Helsinki Accords. He holds an honorary doctorate of law from Pepperdine University. And in 2006, President George W. Bush appointed Dennis Prager to the United States Holocaust Memorial Council. Dennis Prager’s daily three-hour radio show is heard on over 100 radio stations across America and around the world on the Internet. Widely sought after by television shows for his opinions, he has appeared frequently on Larry King Live, Hardball, Hannity & Colmes, and CNN Headline News. The late radio and TV personality Tom Snyder called Prager “the best radio talk show host in America.” He has written four books, all of which remain in print and widely read.  Dennis Prager regularly speaks to Christian audiences, including a keynote address to 6,000 congregants at Pastor John Hagee’s Cornerstone Church in San Antonio.

 

Senator Rick Santorum, a Senior Fellow of the Ethics and Public Policy Center, established and directs EPPC's Program to Protect America's Freedom.  Mr. Santorum served as United States Senator from Pennsylvania from 1995 to 2007 and as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from 1991 to 1995. As a United States Senator, he was a champion of efforts to counter the threat of radical Islam, to protect victims of religious persecution, and to promote democracy and religious liberty around the world.  He founded the Congressional Working Group on Religious Freedom and spearheaded the passage of several key pieces of legislation, including the landmark welfare reform bill, the American Community Renewal Act, a ban on partial-birth abortion, the Born-Alive Infants Protection Act, the Combating Autism Act, the Farmland Preservation Act, the Abandoned Mine Lands Reform Act, the Multi-Employer Pension Reform Act, the Global Aids Authorization Act, Health Savings Accounts, the Syria Accountability Act, and the Iran Freedom Support Act. From 2001 to 2007, he served as Chairman of the Senate Republican Conference, where he directed the communications operations of Senate Republicans and was the third-ranking member of the Republican leadership.

 

Dr. Robert Satloff is executive director of The Washington Institute, a post he assumed in January 1993. An expert on Arab and Islamic politics as well as U.S. Middle East policy, Dr. Satloff has written and spoken widely on the Arab-Israeli peace process, the Islamist challenge to the growth of democracy in the region, and the need for bold and innovative public diplomacy to Arabs and Muslims. Soon after September 11, Dr. Satloff and his family moved to Rabat, capital of Morocco, where he telecommuted to Washington as the Institute's director for policy and strategic planning, overseeing the organization's major programs and research projects. In addition, he traveled throughout the Middle East and Europe and wrote extensively on ways to inject urgency and ideas into the ideological campaign against radical Islamism, the topic of his collection of essays, The Battle of Ideas in the War on Terror: Essays on U.S. Public Diplomacy in the Middle East (The Washington Institute, 2004).

 

Daniel Senor is a founding partner of Rosemont Capital and author of Start-up Nation: The Story of Israel’s Economic Miracle. From 2003 to 2004, Senor served in the Administration of George W. Bush, as a Pentagon and White House advisor based in Doha, Qatar at U.S. Central Command Forward, and later based in Kuwait and Iraq, where he worked for both the Office of Reconstruction and Humanitarian Assistance (ORHA) and the Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA). He was chief spokesman and senior advisor for the Coalition. One of the longest serving civilians in Iraq, Senor was awarded the Department of Defense Distinguished Civilian Service Award.

 

Erick Stakelbeck is a correspondent and terrorism analyst for CBN News. He covers the global war on terror, U.S. national security, the Middle East and the growth of radical Islam at home and abroad for the network’s Washington, D.C. bureau. Erick is a sought after authority on terrorism and national security issues with extensive experience in television, radio, print, and Internet media. Dr. Kenneth Stein is a Professor of Contemporary Middle Eastern History, Political Science and Israeli Studies at Emory University in Atlanta. Since coming to Emory in 1977, he founded and developed the International Studies Center, was the first director of the Carter Center (1983-1986), and established in 1998, the Institute for the Study of Modern Israel (ISMI).  In addition, he is the President of the Center for Israel Education, a non-profit organization that writes curriculum and instructional material about modern Israel for adults and students, and provides engaging and enriching pre-collegiate teacher workshops on modern Israel and the Middle East.

 

Mortimer Zuckerman is the Chairman and Editor-in-Chief of U.S. News & World Report and is the publisher of the New York Daily News.  He is also the co-founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Boston Properties Inc., a former Chairman of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations and a regular commentator on The McLaughlin Group.  He is a trustee of Memorial Sloan-Kettering, a member and Treasurer of the International Peace Institute, the Bank of America Global Wealth & Investment Management Committee, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Washington Institute for Near East Studies, the International Institute of Strategic Studies and the Board of Directors for the Broad Center for the Management of School Systems.  He is the Vice Chairman of The Fund for Public Schools, a former Associate Professor of City and Regional Planning at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, a former lecturer of City and Regional Planning at Yale University and a past president of the Board of Trustees of the Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston.
