November 1 South River, NJ Spanish Stand with Israel
What makes a Spanish Standing With Israel event extra special? How about when it is held in a Christian Church facility that used to be a Jewish Synagogue built in 1952. Such was the case for our first-ever Spanish CUFI event in South River, New Jersey hosted by Pastor Neftali Cruz at Jesucristo es el Senor on Wednesday, November 1, 2017. This epic event presented by our National Hispanic Outreach Coordinator, Rev. Peter De Jesus, was attended by approximately 100 Pastors, Leaders and congregants who generously gave $1,600 to our CUFI On Campus work in addition to many of them becoming CUFI members and joining our Daughters For Zion Prayer Network. The impact of this night was so great that the host pastor scheduled two more CUFI events in 2018, which will include another Standing With Israel event for the rest of his congregation to attend and a Pastors & Leaders Dinner that will be attended by approximately 50 or more ministers. This was definitely an epic CUFI Hispanic Outreach event in more ways than one!
