Leadership

Christians United for Israel is a grassroots organization. We operate with a very small paid staff, and depend heavily on our volunteer leaders. The dedicated men and women who donate their time to do the heavy lifting in the field are our most valuable resource. From the leadership of our executive board to the local leaders in each city, these volunteers play a critical role in making Israel stronger and her people safer.

Because we are a grassroots organization, CUFI City Directors carry the primary responsibility for developing relationships with local pastors, business leaders, politicians, and the Jewish community. City Directors receive support and guidance from their State Directors, who in turn collaborate with Regional Directors. The Executive Board, led by Chairman Pastor John Hagee and Director David Brog, provides the national oversight and strategic insight for CUFI.

Once a year, all of our volunteer leaders meet in San Antonio for the CUFI Leadership Summit. At the Leadership Summit, we share our victories over the last year and lay out the vision for the coming year.
