Jan 6th Alexandria, VA Why Israel Event
The Sunday morning services at NoVa Church were dedicated to a CUFI Why Israel message describing the Biblical reasons to support the nation of Israel. This was the first event of its kind to be held in the city and with its close proximity to Washington, DC proved to be very strategic! Several new college students became members of CUFI along with many families in the church. The Executive Director of the Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater Washington heard about CUFI being in town and has arranged 6 events over the next 3 days inviting us to present the work of CUFI to a large and diverse number of Jewish groups. We thank Pastor Travis Worthington of NoVA Church for helping to open this door into the Christian and Jewish community in our nation’s capital.
